Cohort tracker turns your connected data into a decision you can act on. Follow cohorts from first click to repeat order. Shadow reads live data from Shopify, Klaviyo, Analytics, reconciles it across sources, and writes up the result the way a senior operator would — with the reasoning attached, not just numbers.

What it does

• Pulls live data — straight from Shopify, Klaviyo, Analytics, no manual exports.

• Normalizes the numbers — so channels, periods and currencies can actually be compared.

• Two time frames, always — current period versus the same window last year, plus period-over-period trend.

• Explains the movement — what changed, how much of it is signal, and what likely caused it.

• Narrative + charts — a short read with the supporting visuals, not a metric dump.

How to use it

1. Connect your channels — Shopify, Klaviyo, Analytics in Shadow settings.

2. Ask for it in chat and set the period (“this month”, “last week”, a date range), or attach your own format and Shadow will match it.

3. Shadow runs the skill, folds in context from your workspace, and drafts the output with charts.

4. Review and share — it is ready for your team or your client.

What it needs

At least one connected platform (Shopify, Klaviyo, Analytics) and a time period. The more you connect, the more complete the result — prior-year data unlocks the year-over-year view.
